For nearly 25 years, Oval-8® Finger Splints have been providing relief and support to individuals with finger and thumb conditions. Developed by 3-Point Products, a trusted name in hand therapy solutions, Oval-8 splints have become synonymous with comfort, functionality, and excellence.

Founded by Occupational Therapist and Orthotist Julie Belkin, 3-Point Products has been at the forefront of developing innovative orthotic solutions since its inception. Julie’s vision was to create splints and braces that were not only effective in reducing pain and deformity but also comfortable and easy to wear during daily activities. Inspired by her patients’ needs, Oval-8 Finger Splints were introduced in 1999 and made available worldwide in 2002.

Since their introduction, Oval-8s have gained tremendous popularity, with over 5 million units sold worldwide. The classic 3 point pressure design has proven effective in the management of multiple finger conditions. The wide bands and smooth rounded edges distribute pressure evenly, ensuring optimal comfort for the wearer. With 14 different sizes and an adjustable fit, the splints are available in  in single size and multi-size packages to meet the needs of clinics and individuals.

In 2022, 3-Point Products introduced the Oval-8 CLEAR splints, expanding their product offerings and meeting the evolving needs of hand therapy patients.
